BAGHDAD / A deputy for Nineveh province, Mizar al-Aakoub, on Thursday blamed the former minister of reconstruction for a complete paralysis in the province, while the Council of Ministers called for the accountability of the backward and backward towards providing the necessary services to Nineveh.
