The MP for the Alliance of Alaa al-Rubaie, Friday, that the parliament worked to collect a number of signatures to add part of petrodollar funds to improve the ration card items, noting that the parliament decided to impose strict control on the Ministry of Commerce to eliminate corruption rooted in them.
Al-Rubaie said in a statement to the Information Ministry that "the Ministry of Commerce suffers from corruption, especially in the vocabulary of rationing, and everyone's luck in the past period, how was exposed things, especially related to the rotten rice, in addition to the delay in receiving the ration."
He added that "the proportion of poverty in Iraq amounted to 35%, where the percentage depends on the food ration items, but the poor citizen is no longer dependent on these words because of their lack and absence, in addition to the wages of high collection.
He stressed that "the parliament collected signatures to add part of the petrodollar funds to improve the vocabulary of the ration with strict control of the Ministry of Commerce to reduce the incidence of corruption rooted in them."
