A deputy for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) said on Sunday that the authorization given to Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi by the political blocs, especially the others, and the opening was "shorter than expected," returned him (authorization) "a huge political game" That this authorization was not a strategic step, but a "tactical".

Bakhtiar Shaways said in an interview for Alsumaria News that "the political blocs in general and especially the others and Fatah authorized Adel Abdul Mahdi to formulate the program of the Cabinet for the next four years and the selection of people to help him in this difficult task," noting that "the age of this authorization shorter than expected, It soon became clear within two weeks that the momentum given to the Prime Minister was only a political game where the huge political blocs in the first test to the old custom and each of them requires the implementation of his demands to support the Prime Minister-designate.

"This remarkable authorization for someone who does not even have a single parliamentary seat or a political bloc turned out at the first station that it was not a strategic or even a tactical move. It also proved that it was not an attempt to strengthen the national position and rid the country of the political whirlwind, As it is an attempt to consolidate the foothold of the party, "wondering" where is this authority, which can not be the Prime Minister to complete his cabinet because of a cabinet minister or two weeks after the granting of confidence to 14 ministers of them. "

He pointed out that "this superficial and vague authorization, so disturbing to the extent that prompted the Prime Minister after a short time to signal the resignation," pointing out that "efforts aimed at presenting the names of at least 6 remaining ministers, before the House of Representatives during the meetings this week."

"The failure of the blocs to reach an agreement and the intensification of differences in this way, is not only a threat to the candidate of the Supreme Reference and internal and external poles, but in the case of failure and resignation, this threatens the entire political process as a whole, where it needs more effort and time to find another person collects On all parties, and as a result instead of reconstruction and investment, we will again engage in resolving the debate about which party is the largest parliamentary bloc. "

The House of Representatives voted in a session held on Wednesday October 24, 2018 to grant confidence to 14 ministers from the cabin of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, while eight ministries were suspended.
