    Informed / special ...
The MP revealed the alliance of Sarawan Amjad al-Aqabi, on Tuesday, the presence of absenteeism for most of the leaders of the parliamentary blocs, causing the lack of quorum during some sessions.
"The majority of the leaders who won the membership of the parliament did not attend most of the meetings and this must be clarified on the legal and constitutional level."
He added that "the lack of quorum legal embarrass the government, and the Iraqi people," noting that "the delay in forming the government means delay in the provision of services and the rest of the special files."
Al-Aqabi pointed out that "the presidency of the parliament is required to clarify its position on the continued absence of parliamentary figures and take legal action against them."
