    BAGHDAD / - Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi issued a statement Thursday on the approval of the Iraqi state budget, noting that it will be balancing projects and not balancing items.

The government is also working on completing a number of final accounts for the past years in implementation of its ministerial platform, which was based on the confidence of the people's representatives.
