    Jordanian Minister of Industry Tariq Al-Hamouri announced the agreement to exempt Iraqi goods coming through the port of Aqaba from 75% of the handling fees at the port. 
    This came during a conference "Jordanian-Iraqi Business Forum" held at Jordan Chamber of Industry in Amman to discuss trade and investment relations in the presence of the Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Tariq Al-Hamouri and his Iraqi counterpart Saleh Al-Jubouri to follow up the implementation of the recent agreements between Jordan and Iraq. 
    "It was agreed to exempt the Iraqi goods coming through the port of Aqaba from 75% of the handling fees in the port, and move from the exchange of goods on Trebil and convert them to direct transport from the source to the consumer, where the Iraqi tanker can enter Jordan without emptying goods at the border, The order for Jordanian carriers, which will reduce the cost and duration of transport. "
    "Jordan will provide Iraq with electricity," he said. "Technical studies will be completed within three months and the link will be implemented on the ground in less than two years." 
    For his part, Iraqi Industry Minister Saleh al-Jubouri said that "the Iraqi oil pipeline will be studied during the coming period," pointing out that "it was agreed to sell Iraq to Jordan 10 thousand barrels of oil per day, taking into account the cost of transport, The price of oil, which will open the door for the export of Iraqi oil to Jordan, and contributes to increase the movement of transport and trucks on both sides.
