Prime Minister agrees to allocate 500 billion dinars to pay new dues to farmers

Minister of Commerce Mohammed Hashim al-Ani announced on Friday that the prime minister approved the allocation of 500 billion new dues to pay the farmers and farmers who are marketing the wheat crop for the agricultural season 2019.
"The Prime Minister has agreed to allocate the second installment of the dues of farmers and farmers who are marketing the wheat crop for the current season 2019," Al-Ani said in a statement received by Al-Maaloumah.
He added that "the Ministry of Commerce received early in the first batch of dues of farmers marketers to the wheat has started and urgently pay dues to farmers after the delivery of the crop and the success of laboratory testing carried out by the laboratories of the Ministry in all locations of receipt and storage," noting the " The Iraqi farmer and his contribution to supporting the national product and securing food security in strategic crops based on national capacities. "
