It is noteworthy that the administrative agent of the Ministry of Higher Education, Mohammed Al-Sarraj, announced that the Minister of Education Qusay al-Suhail canceled the window of submission to those who are senior positions in the ministry as the ministry has 574 special degrees of the President of the University and his assistant and dean of the college.
