The Minister of Labour Nassar al-Rubaie said in an interview (morning) that the soft loans were included unemployed persons under 40 years, noting that the measure is aimed at the inclusion of the largest possible number of beneficiaries, stressing to instruct the departments to work in the provinces quickly complete the loan transactions, threatened accountability for negligence.

And between al-Rubaie said the ministry has opened a vocational training center in the province of Basra to enable young people professionally and meet the needs of expansion investment of skilled manpower, which will contribute to reducing the unemployment rate to maintain, adding that the ministry upgraded in collaboration with the Korean Agency for International Cooperation (KOICA) to support the vocational training center in Basra , which equipped the modern equipment belonging to 13 training workshop and the terms of reference variety, according to the needs of the market to maintain a particular professions relating to mining and refining of crude oil, thus meeting the needs of the oil companies, through a contract with each other for the rehabilitation of the vocational training center in Khor Al-Zubair to start training for the unemployed to involve them in this area.
