Education outlines the mechanism for assigning the top three to their colleges

The Ministry [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/2313/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%85 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A]of Higher Education[/url] and Scientific Research clarified the decision to appoint the first three students to the college.
Education Minister [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/3322/%D9%82%D8%B5%D9%8A %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%87%D9%8A%D9%84]Qusay al-Suhail[/url] said in a statement that «the previous decision of the Council of Ministers regarding the appointment of the first students in the colleges has obliged the Ministry of Higher Education to appoint the first student only in his college and his department, the second and third students will be appointed in other ministries and mandatory».
He added that «the ministry has worked an integrated database of the names of the second and second students and third of their colleges and according to the department and the precise competence and was sent to the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers in order to provide job opportunities for them in ministries and other bodies and according to jurisdiction and geography of their housing».
