The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research clarified the decision to appoint the first three students to the college.
Minister of Education Qusay al-Suhail said in a statement received by the Echo Agency that "the previous decision of the Council of Ministers regarding the appointment of the first students in the colleges has obliged the Ministry of Higher Education to appoint only the first student in his college and his department.
He added that "the ministry has worked on an integrated database of names of the second and third students on their colleges and according to the department and the precise specialization and was sent to the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers in order to provide career opportunities for them in ministries and other bodies and according to the jurisdiction and geographical patch of their housing.
