The Iraqi Organization for Measuring the Quality of Telecommunications accused Wednesday the Minister of Communications Naeem al-Rubaie of "complimenting" internet smuggling companies and imposed no penalties.
"The minister did not name the companies that smuggled the Internet in his television interviews, and kept the conversation for a year, and this indicates that there are compliments to these companies," the organization said in a report.
