[rtl]MP Ahmed al-Jubouri, on Friday, to a corrective movement to face the failure and corruption in the government and the House of Representatives, while noting that the people began to impatience.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The political system in Iraq is a parliamentary system, because the basis in power for those elected by the people directly, and therefore the priority is the House of Representatives and not the government," Jubouri said in a statement received by tomorrow.[/rtl]
[rtl]He added that "in all previous and current sessions, the government and those who benefit from the government try to reduce the role of the deputy in censorship and take the role of the real deputy and if we want to take our role we must not give up these constitutional rights in the control and accountability of the executive authority, and even follow up the performance of the judiciary through "Consider laws that legislate for them or enact new laws."[/rtl]
[rtl]Jubouri continued, "We as deputies to assess our parliamentary performance and diagnose the defects in parliament, whether we or the Presidency and we directly correct and evaluate, and suffice in this application of the Constitution and the internal system of the House of Representatives without selectivity or procrastination or courtesy of the interests and objectives of personal, partisan or regional." .[/rtl]
