More than 20 Iraqi trade companies participate in Damascus International Fair

More than 20 Iraqi companies participate in the 61st Damascus International Fair with a number of different products in front of visitors to the exhibition, most notably dates, leather industries, hand-made carpets, furniture and food.
The official Syrian News Agency (SANA), citing the director of the pavilion Hamad Fadl Al-Owaid, said that "the Iraqi companies participating represent the government, private and joint sector and seek through these partnerships to develop and strengthen trade exchange between the two countries and expand their sales market in Syria," noting the importance of the exhibition Damascus International in terms of the presence of a large number of Arab and foreign companies, which increases the opportunities for trade cooperation between them.
