BAGHDAD: The member of the parliamentary Finance Committee Ahmed Haji Rashid, on Monday, the need to hand over the Kurdistan region of oil to the federal government, warning not to reach an agreement.
Rashid said in a press statement, that "talk about the budget of 2020 must be according to the facts and facts on the ground, pointing out that it is premature to talk about the budget of 2020, but what can be said that it can not be like the budget of 2019."
He said, "The region must agree on the issue of oil delivery to the federal government and resolve this file because there is a risk in not reaching an agreement."
Rashid stressed that "the presence of Kurdish delegations to discuss outstanding issues and arrange papers since the 2020 budget is about to be completed in the Federal Ministry of Finance."
