Committee member Ahmed Mazhar al-Jubouri said in a press statement: `` The Committee has already suspended debts, especially foreign, in the budget of 2019, at a time when there is an obligation to continue debt as it was during the war on ISIS gangs in the provinces of Nineveh, Anbar and Salah al-Din. ''
Jubouri pointed out: "There are 20 paragraphs of debt in the budget of 2020, after the Committee held with the Ministry of Finance five meetings during the past month," noting: "Some of these debts were loans imposed on Iraq by the World Bank."
