    The Supreme Judicial Council, on Sunday, appealed to the heads of appeal to go immediately to the border crossings to identify cases of violations of the law there, while taking a number of decisions, including consideration of cases of missing persons.
    The Council said in a statement received / information / a copy of it, that “the Supreme Judicial Council held the tenth session at 8 pm presided over by the President of the Federal Court of Cassation Faiq Zidan, during which the approval of the promotion, transfer and assignment of a number of judges and prosecutors, and direct the heads of appeal to hold monthly seminars With the judges of the courts in various jurisdictions to reach the best ways to resolve cases according to law and taking into account the interest of citizens.

    The Council decided “to instruct the heads of appeal, the Prosecutor of the Appeal Area and the investigating magistrate competent to hear customs cases to move immediately to the border ports to see the progress of these ports and to identify cases of violations of the law therein and provide a detailed report of the work of each of these ports with appropriate recommendations for the purpose of submission to the authorities.
