    Thanks Rocky, seems the GOI is going to complete the 2020 budget and that means the RV will happen this month.

    Lobo you cant be serious...what makes you think that just because the budget is SUPPOSED to be done? Maybe the protesters are putting pressure on them but there is no proof the RV will happen this mo.
