[size=45]Oil Minister Hayan Abdul Ghani confirmed the referral of four blocks and fields within the annex of the fifth licensing round and the sixth licensing round.[/size]
[size=45]Abdul Ghani said: “On the second day of the fifth supplementary and sixth licensing round, four oil blocks and fields were transferred. The procedures were very good and characterized by high transparency. Several blocks remained that were not participated in, and the opportunity still exists for companies to contribute to their development.”[/size]
[size=45]He added, “We were keen to promote these patches in proportion to the geographical location and distribute them to the different governorates. There are governorates to which the patches were referred, most notably the Diwaniyah patch, which is an important patch for us. We are very keen that these referrals contribute to supporting the economic situation in the covered governorates and providing job opportunities.” “For her children.”[/size]
