    The deputy of the Alliance of Raiders Riyad Al-Masoudi affirmed on Wednesday that the previous governments bear the responsibility to conclude the security agreement with the American side, pointing out that the Liberal Bloc in previous sessions rejected this agreement, as America granted political gains and contracts related to oil, armament and security companies.
