    Shafaq News / An official security source revealed, that start of a military operation to secure Kirkuk - Nineveh borders.

    “Bridget 12 has started with the support of the Army Aviation , Peshmerga and police an operation to secure the border between Kirkuk and Nineveh and track terrorists,” The source told “Shafaq News”.

    Mosul city, Iraq's second largest city fall under control of Daash elements after battles that lasted for four days.

    An official security source revealed, moving the elements of the Kurdish Peshmerga forces towards Hawija city.

    The source told “Shafaq News", that " two regiments of Peshmerga will move to Hawija southwest of Kirkuk, in coordination with the Prime Minister , Nuri al- Maliki."

    Parliament Speaker , Osama al-Nujaifi, announced that the President of Kurdistan Region expressed his readiness to support the Iraqi armed forces in fight against insurgents in Mosul, but he also that this is not don’t but by coordination with Baghdad

    Yeah he's saying it's being done in coordination with Baghdad. Substitute "without" for don't and then it makes  more sense.

    but he also that this is not [without] but by coordination with Baghdad

    Denotation and connotation are often mixed up in these translations.
