On Saturday, independent deputy Bassem Khazaal counted, Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazimi pledged to hold early elections as a lie that would not be realized, while Al-Kazimi was trying to persuade the street to early elections.
Khazal said in a statement to the "information", that "Al-Kazemi's government is unable to hold early elections, as well as there is no real intention for the political blocs to hold it," pointing out that "Al-Kazemi is untruthful and used the early election lie to obtain support and persuade the street."
He added that "early elections are not applicable in light of the current circumstances due to the absence of the Federal Court and the failure to pass the new election law," noting that "early elections are an unrealistic pledge and mere media talk."
The Prime Minister-designate Mustafa al-Kazimi, after his appointment by the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, pledged to hold early elections to solve the current crisis. It ended 25 T.
