The deputy of the Al-Fateh coalition, Uday Shaalan, confirmed on Saturday that the assignment of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi to the prime minister is based on the formation of an independent government of technocrats, indicating that there are several blunders on some of the ministers and they cannot be accepted again in a transitional government.
