    The Al-Nasr coalition revealed on Friday new understandings to resolve the disputes over the cabinet of Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi.  
    A member of the Al-Nasr coalition, Saad al-Lami, told the official agency, and it was viewed by "NASS" today (1 May 2020), "The ministries of foreign affairs, finance and youth witnessed a dispute between the political blocs but they were settled."  
    He pointed out that "the victory coalition is still supportive of the government of Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi, despite some reservations," noting that "the goal of victory is to proceed to early, fair and transparent elections and rid of the issue of fraud."  
      
    On Friday, the head of the Sanad bloc, Ahmad al-Asadi, revealed the agreement of the political forces to authorize the prime minister-designate to form his government, but according to conditions.  
    Al-Asadi said in a post, which was seen by "people" today (1 May 2020), that "the will of the political forces met to authorize the president in charge of choosing the members of his cabinet in accordance with the objective criteria that apply to everyone without exception."    
    Al-Asadi added, "His choices should be based on integrity, competence and independence and enjoy acceptability, and that the government provide all of its ministries with preserving the national balance."    
      
    The media office of Deputy Speaker of Parliament Hassan Al-Kaabi announced on Thursday the results of the parliamentary meeting to study the curriculum of Mustafa Kadhimi.  
    A statement by Al-Kaabi Media Office, "Nass" received a copy of it, (April 30, 2020), "The first meeting of the committee to study and discuss the ministerial curriculum submitted by the Prime Minister-designate, Mr. Mustafa Al-Kazemi, in the presence of a number of deputies and advisers, led to the study of the two communities in full detail of the government curriculum Concise, and focus on its content to address the challenges facing the country. "      
    Al-Kaabi stressed, according to the statement, that "an agreement has been obtained from the Parliamentary Committee to include a number of proposals in the ministerial program submitted by Mr. Al-Kazemi," noting that "the most prominent priorities and pillars set by the committee pertain to the budget law, the Corona crisis, early elections and addressing the urgent economic and health crisis," In addition to the priorities of legislation, anti-corruption frameworks, encouraging the industrial and agricultural sector, activating investment, the private sector, and other important matters.      
    The first meeting to study the government ministerial curriculum for the government of designate Mustafa Al-Kazimi began yesterday, headed by the first deputy speaker of the Parliament, Hassan Al-Kaabi.  
    A source familiar with "NAS" (30 April 2020) stated, "The Ministerial Curriculum Study Committee held its first meeting today headed by the First Deputy."        
    Earlier, Speaker of Parliament Muhammad Al-Halbousi announced that he had received the ministerial curriculum provided by Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi.        
    Earlier, Speaker of Parliament Muhammad Al-Halbousi instructed to form a committee to study the curriculum presented by Mustafa Al-Kazemi.         
    "Nass" (April 29, 2020) published the names of the committee in charge of studying the curriculum, and they are:

    House of Representatives decision Hoshyar Muhammad         
    Deputy Saeb Numb         
    Political advisor Abbas Al-Amri

    Earlier, Speaker of Parliament Muhammad Al-Halbousi received the ministerial curriculum provided by Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi.         
    A statement of Al-Halbousi’s office stated that “based on the provisions of Article (43 / Second) of the Parliament’s Law, the Speaker of Parliament decided to form a committee headed by First Deputy Sayyid Hassan Al-Ka’bi and membership of a number of deputies and advisors to study the ministerial curriculum and submit a report to the Council regarding it.”           
    And Mustafa Al-Kazemi, who was charged with forming the government, signed his ministerial curriculum on Wednesday, before being sent to the Presidency of the Parliament           
    The Media Office of the Prime Minister published (April 29, 2020), a video clip showing the official in charge of forming the government, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, signing the ministerial curriculum book for his government, before sending it to the presidency of the Parliament.
