Information circulated by representatives of different blocs, seen by NINA , indicates that "one of the candidates is admitted to the portfolios of the ministries of defense, labor, trade, youth, interior, transportation, education, communications, water resources, and agriculture, offset by the rejection of all the candidates for the portfolios of the ministries of foreign affairs, oil, electricity, education, planning, housing and industry."
But other parliamentary circles said, "The Al-Fateh Alliance officially informed Al-Kazemi of his refusal to pass four names of candidates for the ministries of foreign affairs, higher education, culture and work within the new government cabinet, to be replaced by other candidates 48 hours before the date of the vote-granting session is scheduled."
