The Judicial Information Center said in a statement received by Alsumaria News: “The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faik Zaidan, called the members of the Supreme Judicial Council to a meeting on Monday morning, corresponding to March 22, 2021, to implement the Federal Court Law Amendment Law No. 30 of 2005, which was approved by the House of Representatives on March 18, 2021. ".
"The president and members of the current Federal Court will be honored for their retirement," the statement added.
In the same regard, the Supreme Judicial Council “thanked the president and two vice-presidents of the House of Representatives, the members of the Council, and all the media, personalities and institutions who supported the legislation of the law amending the Federal Supreme Court Law in the form approved this day.”
