The representative of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Majida Al-Tamimi, announced, on Wednesday, the inclusion of an amendment related to the cumulative percentage in the calculation of the pension salary in the budget.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement, that "it was approved to include the clause of calculating the cumulative percentage of 3% instead of 2.5% in the formula for calculating the retirement salary for those included in the first amendment of the Retirement Law No. 26 of 2019."
She added, "It has been approved to add a clause to confirm contracts who have a service of ten years and more for all state ministries."
