The Ministry of Trade confirmed, on Sunday, that Minister of Interior Othman Al-Ghanmi visited the Iraqi Security, Defense and War Industries Exhibition in its ninth session, which is held on the grounds of the Baghdad International Fair for a period from 10 to 13 April 2021 with the participation of 40 international, Arab and local companies.
During his tour of the pavilions of the countries and companies participating in the exhibition, the Minister of Interior was briefed on the most important exhibits and the latest and advanced military equipment and equipment manufactured by major international countries specialized in the field of armament and war equipment.
In turn, the participating companies provided a detailed explanation of the most important military achievements, industries and inventions, in addition to the experiences provided by those companies that have shown their willingness to equip, train and arm the Iraqi forces.
The minister pointed out, "This exhibition opens new horizons with companies participating in the possibility of arming the Iraqi armed forces and security services with the latest weapons and military technologies."
