    {Local: Al Furat News} The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, said on Thursday, during his meeting with the negotiating delegation with the federal government, that there is no justification for the Ministry of Finance not to send the dues of Kurdistan.
    A statement to the media of the Kurdistan government, which {Euphrates News} received a copy of, stated, “At the meeting, the course of negotiations between the Kurdistan Region and the Federal Government was discussed on the implementation of the Federal General Budget Law for the year 2021, and the results of the recent talks that the delegation had recently conducted during its visit were also highlighted. to Baghdad. 
    He added, "The negotiating delegation reviewed the results of its meetings on the implementation of commitments, especially those related to the region within the framework of the general budget law with regard to oil and non-oil revenues that were agreed upon during meetings with ministries and relevant federal parties regarding the mechanism for implementing the aforementioned law."
    He continued, "It was referred to the agreement of both the Federal Financial Supervision Bureaus and the region, during which a joint mechanism was approved to implement the duties specified for them in the budget law according to their specificities, and the meeting pointed out that there is no justification for the Federal Ministry of Finance to refrain from sending the region's rights and financial dues." mentioned in the budget law and the tables attached to it. 
    The statement indicated that, "the meeting is the region's commitment to the federal general budget law, and called on the federal government, in return, to send its financial rights and entitlements."
