    Twilight News / announced presidency of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Wednesday, for the prime minister Naچervan Barzani will head a delegation from the region to visit Baghdad for talks on the disputes with the federal government on oil and file the budget.



    A spokesman for the Kurdistan Regional Government Sven Dzia in a statement, on Wednesday, reportedly for "Twilight News", that the delegation composed of Deputy Prime Minister Imad Ahmed, and a number of ministers and specialists and consultants, pointing out that the delegation will meet with Prime Minister of the Federal Nouri al-Maliki in Baghdad.

    Dzia added that the visit comes within a series of mutual visits between the two sides, adding that the talks during the visit include the file-oil pipeline between the Kurdistan Region and Turkey, in addition to the federal budget bill for 2014.

    The vote on the draft federal budget for 2014 stalled due to differences between the political blocs were part of the Iraqi Council of Representatives on a number of contentious issues that recur every year and many of them related dispute between Arbil and Baghdad on the share of the first of the budget and the issues of the budget and the salaries of the security forces of Kurdish Alپeshmrگh and dues of oil companies foreign labor in the region.
