[size=45]Today, Sunday, the Federal Court issued a new decision regarding the acquisition of state real estate.[/size]
[size=45]In a statement, the court referred to the ruling unconstitutional and repealing Article twenty-five third of the law on the sale and lease of state funds, which stipulated that the competent municipality, after the approval of the Minister of Municipalities and Public Works, and the Municipality of Baghdad, may sell the lands allocated for housing at a real price, according to the prevailing prices for similar and neighboring ones, estimated by the assessment committee and without auction Public to Iraqis who do not own a house, an apartment, or a residential land, and they, their spouses, or their minor children, and have not obtained a housing unit or a residential plot of land from the state or housing cooperative societies.[/size]
