In a speech he delivered on behalf of His Excellency the Minister, the Chancellor said that the Iraqi woman has exceptional qualities because she was able to preserve the values ​​of society through all the wars, crises and disasters that Iraq has experienced, and she was able to protect the bonds of her family and society, pointing to the role of women in working in various fields, patrons, models, innovators and activists.
