Finance begins financing the salaries of retirees for the month of April, with a grant of 100 thousand dinars
Shafaq News/ On Thursday, the Iraqi Ministry of Finance began funding the salaries of civilian and military retirees for the month of next April.
The ministry stated in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, that it has started to finance the salaries of retirees based on Cabinet Resolution No. 72) and amended by No. 80 of 2022, and the 100,000 dinars grant will be distributed with the salary for one month under the name "the cost of living grant" for retirees who receive salaries. Pensions without 500 thousand dinars.
The ministry stressed that the departments of Al-Rasheed and Al-Rafidain Banks and the National Retirement Authority should complete the procedures for paying the salaries of civilian and military retirees through electronic payment cards.
The ministry called on all retirees who will receive text messages to review bank branches and ATM outlets in Baghdad and the provinces to receive their salaries.
