Al-Jubouri said in a tweet to him, "Al-Zamili's conflict with Al-Halbousi and his insistence that he is part of a presidency and not a vice president threatens the (Save the Homeland) alliance to crack if the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, does not intervene."
He noted that "the description of the Presidency was never mentioned in the constitution, and the Federal Court confirmed that there is no such thing as the Presidency of the House of Representatives, but rather the president and his two deputies."
Official correspondence revealed a dispute between Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi and his first deputy, Hakim al-Zamili.
According to the documents below, Al-Halbousi directed to change the name of (the Presidency) in the official correspondence at the end of last month, but Ali Muhammad Hussein, Zamili's advisor, directed, through an official letter, not to change the title of the Presidency for legal violations.
