The political analyst, Saad Muhammad Al-Kaabi, said that Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi was not against the idea of the return of some Sunni figures required for the judiciary, as he plans through their return to strengthen his alliance politically and move towards declaring the Sunni region.
Al-Kaabi told Al-Maalouma, "The continuous meetings between Al-Halbousi and some clans and personalities in Anbar are intended to obtain absolute support in order to move towards the independence of Anbar and some of the provinces that support the Sunni region project."
He added, "The Emirates supported Al-Halbousi and his alliance to announce the Anbar province, while Turkey stood by strengthening this alliance, provided that it does not go towards annexing Mosul to the Sunni region."
