raised the sudden return of Ali Hatem Al-Sulaiman and Rafi Al-Issawi to the forefront of the political scene; A wide debate in political and popular circles has put the Sunni House on a hot plate, as observers suggested that his return, along with former Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi, came in order to quarrel with the Sunni political leaders allied with the leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada al-Sadr.
Al-Issawi and Suleiman knew of their leadership of the sit-in squares that came out in Anbar in 2013 against the government of Nuri al-Maliki, and vowed to fight the security forces on more than one occasion when they entered the province.
On 03/10/2016, the Central Investigation Court issued an arrest and investigation warrant against Al-Sulaiman in accordance with Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law, allowing members of the judiciary and police personnel to arrest him.
Former Anbar Council member, Fahd Mishaan, confirmed that the return of Ali Hatem Al-Sulaiman to the political process, on Saturday, will not affect the security of the province or its society.
And Mishaan said in an exclusive interview with Mawazine News Agency, that the presence of the security forces, the Popular Mobilization and the Anbar Mobilization forces secures the province completely, and there is no need to arm the tribes if it is for the reason that Suleiman returns to the province because his return will not affect the situation.
He pointed out that Al-Sulaiman is an ordinary citizen who was released by the judiciary on bail and is now in his host in the governorate.
In addition, the spokesman for the Arab tribes in the disputed areas, Muzahim al-Hawit, spoke on Saturday of a new Sunni division, while predicting the formation of an “opposition front” managed by Sunni leaders.
Al-Hwait said in a tweet via Twitter, which was followed by "Mawazine News", that "the Sunni house is currently witnessing a new division and the trend towards forming an opposition front managed by opposition Sunni leaders from inside and outside Iraq."
Al-Hweet called on all parties to "restrain the mind, exercise reason, and sit at the dialogue table to resolve the differences between them in order to end the suffering of our people in the western provinces." Ended 29/R77
