    A member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee of the Sadrist bloc, Ibtisam Al-Tamimi, confirmed today, Wednesday, its endeavor to provide all the needs of the Iraqi media network, while expressing its support for the free national media.
    Al-Tamimi's media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "a member of the legal committee of the Sadrist bloc, Ibtisam Al-Tamimi, visited the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Nabil Jassim, in his office at the network's headquarters."
    Al-Tamimi confirmed that "the visit to the Iraqi Media Network came in order to see the reality of work in this independent official institution and to identify its needs," noting that "the plans followed in the production of political, service, economic and social programs and other various targeted programs were listened to."
    It expressed its support for "the free national media and its quest to provide everything the network needs to ensure the independence of this institution and develop its performance."
    For his part, the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Nabil Jassim, welcomed the visit of Representative Al-Tamimi, praising "their keenness and interest in supporting the network and meeting what it needs at the legislative level."
