The Parliamentary Finance Committee has set, today, Sunday, a condition for contracting graduates within the Food Security Law, while noting that this paragraph does not meet the actual need for unemployment among graduates.
Member of Parliamentary Finance, Sajjad Salem, told the official news agency, which was followed by / Mawazine News, that "the Parliamentary Finance has set a condition in contracting with graduates, including that they hold a diploma or a bachelor's degree, according to the need or specialization for each governorate," noting that "the contract will be for a period of three days." years with a salary of 300,000 Iraqi dinars for training and development purposes.
He added, "The paragraph of creating contracts came in agreement with the political blocs in general," noting that "this paragraph does not fill the actual need for unemployment among graduates, so these degrees must be according to a mechanism, announced trade-offs, and the highest levels of transparency."
He continued, "The creation of contracts in this paragraph falls on the shoulders of the ministries of finance and planning, which will be concerned with preparing the instructions for the food security law."
The House of Representatives voted, earlier, on the proposed law on emergency support for food security and development, while the Parliamentary Finance Committee indicated that the law included the allocation of 15,000 new contracts for bachelor graduates for three years and a salary of 300,000 dinars, provided that these contracts are distributed among 15 governorates within Allocations for the development of the regions.
