    Earth News/ The representative of Nineveh Governorate, Shirwan Al-Dobardani, called today, Monday, to postpone the work of fuel cards until next month.
    Al-Dobardani said, in a statement, received by Earth News, that he "demanded, during a phone call with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil, to postpone the work of fuel cards until next September." 
    He added, "He calls for the need to simplify procedures and reduce red tape in order to speed up the issuance of cards to citizens, and to find a mechanism to address the momentum of citizens at the stations   and prevent fuel smuggling."
