Riyadh - Mubasher: Yaqeen Financial Company (Yaqeen Capital), in its capacity as the financial advisor and lead manager for the potential offering of the International Human Resources Company "Al Dawlia", announced the determination of the price range for its potential offering and the start of the book-building period for qualified investors between (31 - 34) Saudi riyals per share. .
The company clarified, according to a statement issued today, Sunday on "Saudi Tadawul", that the offering process consists of offering 500,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of the company's shares after the offering.
The company added that 500,000 ordinary shares will be allocated, representing 100% of qualified investors, noting that the minimum number of shares that can be subscribed to by each qualified investor is (10) shares, while the maximum is 124,990 shares .
The company indicated that the period of the book building process for qualified investors: starts on Sunday, July 31, 2022, and ends on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 .
