    Yes Iraq: Baghdad

Iraq's imports from China during the past year 2021 amounted to more than 10 billion dollars, while Iraq's exports to China amounted to more than 26 billion dollars, which means that about 40% of the revenues that Iraq obtained from China to sell oil were sent back to China to buy goods.
And the website stated in a statistic on its website that “Iraq imported 24 items of goods from China during the past year, with a value of 10,689.813 billion dollars,” noting that “these imports grew by 9% between 2017 to 2021.”

He added, "The three most important materials and goods imported by Iraq from China are machinery, mechanical devices and their parts, with a financial value of 1.657 billion dollars, followed by electrical machinery and equipment and parts with a financial value of 1.500 billion dollars, followed by furniture, pillows and furnishings with a value of 809 million dollars."

He pointed out that "Iraq's exports to China amounted to 26.647 billion dollars, indicating that" these exports grew by 12% between 2017 to 2021.

She pointed out that "the most important Iraqi exports to China are mineral fuels, mineral oils and their distillation products, with a financial value of 26,643 billion dollars, followed by chemical products with a value of 1.263 million dollars."
Thus, about 40% of the revenues that Iraq obtained from China as a result of selling fuel, returned to pay them to China to import various goods.

On the level of Turkey, Iraq came fourth in Turkish exports to the countries of the world last June with a value of 1 billion and 206 million dollars, and while Iraq imported 1.2 billion dollars from Turkey, the Central Bank’s sales of hard currency were 5.3 billion dollars during June, which means that 24 % of the Central Bank's sales in June went to Turkey for the purpose of import, and about 11% of them went to Iran, so 35% of the sales of the Central Bank went to Iran and Turkey in June, which means nearly $2 billion.
