Al-Hayani indicated that the session "will be dedicated to electing the first deputy speaker of Parliament, who is the candidate of the framework," explaining that "the position will go to independents, and MP Mohsen Al-Mandalawi was nominated to fill it, which is an important part in completing the presidency of Parliament so that we can proceed with Parliament sessions and choose the President and Prime Minister." In an interview with the official "Al-Sabah" newspaper, which was followed by Mawazine News, Al-Hayani reiterated, "The coordinating framework adhered to his candidate for the post of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani," noting that "a quartet or tripartite delegation will go to Al-Hanana in the coming days to discuss the current crisis."
He added, "The framework is going to form a national government that serves the citizen and the public interest, although there is opposition from some civil forces, including the Tishreen forces, to the resumption of parliament and the formation of the government," returning that "this does not serve the people and the citizen, and that delaying the formation of the government will harm the Iraqi citizen." ".
He continued, "There are many corruption files that have begun to appear on the political scene and are caused by the absence of the legislative authority and parliament," stressing "the importance of the role of the Iraqi judiciary in holding the corrupt of all political forces and the executive government accountable."
