[size=45]On Sunday, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the killing of 455 members of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in Operation "Claw - Lock", which was launched in mid-April in northern Iraq.[/size]
[size=45]The Anatolia news agency quoted Turkish defense sources as saying that the operation is continuing with success, and the Turkish forces are continuing to destroy the PKK hideouts.[/size]
[size=45]It indicated that in addition to the deaths, 557 caves and shelters, 1904 mines and explosive devices were destroyed, and 1203 weapons of various types were seized during the operation.[/size]
[size=45]It indicated that among the seized weapons were anti-tank missiles, Dushka and Zagros anti-aircraft missiles, sniper rifles and other weapons.[/size]
[size=45]The sources confirmed that 522,000 pieces of ammunition, 205 wireless devices, 121 binoculars, including thermal binoculars, and 88 tons of living necessities were confiscated.[/size]
