    Today, Tuesday, November 15, the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, received at Erbil International Airport, the President of the Republic of Iraq, Dr. Abdul Latif Rashid, on his first visit to the capital of the Kurdistan Region since assuming the presidency of the Republic. In addition to welcoming him, and renewing his congratulations to the President of the Republic on the occasion of assuming the duties of his position and hoping for success for him, the President of the Kurdistan Region indicated, during a meeting, that: “We have expectations that you will exercise During the opportunity offered by your position, play a role in solving problems. Stressing “the full readiness and support of the Kurdistan Region to solve problems with Baghdad and joint work with the federal government in order to achieve and enhance security and stability in the country,” according to a statement from the region’s presidency, a copy of which BasNews received.[/size]
