The representative of the State of Law, Muhammad Al-Shammari, confirmed that Al-Sudani's visit to Washington will focus on smuggling money and the American military presence.[/rtl]

[rtl]He added that "Washington is the one who controls the price of the dollar in Iraq," explaining that "the Sudanese has full authorization from the coordination framework." [/rtl]
