    is expected to put Iraqi Prime Minister-designate Haider Abadi today an end to the political debate on a cabinet, and leaks indicate that the last moments witnessed the entry of America on the line and the intensification of the conflict on several ministerial portfolios the most important defense, transportation and oil.   Alaa Hassan-Baghdad
