He added, "During the meeting, we discussed bilateral relations and important economic sectors," noting, "We value Jordan's supportive stances to Iraq."
The Speaker of Parliament stated, "We discussed with the Jordanian side the file of the electrical connection."

Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi affirmed today, Saturday, that diversifying the sale of Iraqi oil is an important step, while discussing the repercussions of the electrical interconnection file with his Jordanian counterpart.
"We appreciate the visit of the Jordanian Parliament Speaker to Iraq," Al-Halbousi said in a press conference with his Jordanian counterpart, which was followed by Alsumaria News, pointing out that "diversifying the sale of Iraqi oil is an important step."
He added, "During the meeting, we discussed bilateral relations and important economic sectors," noting, "We value Jordan's supportive stances to Iraq."
