Today, Saturday, Minister of Communications Hiyam Al-Yasiri confirmed that the subsidized subscription service will limit Internet smuggling.
Al-Yasiri said, "The follow-up on smuggling is continuous and permanent, in coordination with the security authorities," pointing out that, "The launch of the subsidized subscription service on the first of February will greatly reduce smuggling due to the reduction in Internet prices, which makes smuggling it not economically feasible."
And the Minister of Communications, Hayam Al-Yasiri, announced, earlier, the launch of the subsidized Internet service, starting from the current month of February.
And she confirmed, "Internet service offices are obligated to give the subscriber 10 kiks for free."
