A member of the popular legal movement, Ahmed Shahid Al-Shammari, confirmed, on Wednesday, that the lawsuit against the killers of the leaders of Al-Nasr, the deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, and General Qassem Soleimani is still pending before the competent Iraqi courts.

Al-Shammari said in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, "The competent courts are currently looking into the case, and no ruling has been issued so far, and the case has not been closed."
He added, "A case has been filed against the caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and a number of other personalities, on charges of participating in the file of the assassination of the leaders of Al-Nasr."
He pointed out that "the complaint affected former US President Donald Trump and his Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, in addition to the former caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and a former Iraqi intelligence official, Diaa Al-Musawi."
And the Iraqi legal movement had confirmed earlier that it had evidence convicting those involved in the assassination of the leaders of victory and the parties that participated in the crime, indicating the continuation of possible judicial and legal procedures to pursue and punish the perpetrators and accomplices in the assassination of the martyrs Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis.
