Today, Thursday, the Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, directed the continuation of the accounting department employees’ working hours on Friday and Saturday to complete the financing of employees’ salaries.
A statement by the ministry, received by Al-Maaloumah Agency, stated, "The Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, directed today that the accounting department employees continue to work on Friday and Saturday, in order to complete the procedures for financing the salaries of state employees for the current month of August."
According to the statement, the ministry called on spending units in all ministries, governorates, and non-related entities to "review the accounting department to complete the procedures for financing monthly salaries, taking into account the approved review schedule." End / 25
